We are SO excited to grow this family and children’s wellness space: more offerings for parents mental health, kids mindfulness creativity, and families to have fun and regulate their nervous systems together! This summer we have kids camps full day (9-5) and half day (9-1 or 1-5) Monday through Thursday with daily mindfulness class from 4-5 (includes pick up from Stepping Stones and Trailhead)
