MM47579 My name is Isabel, and I am proud to call the 850 my lifelong home. Being born and raised in Fort Walton shaped how much I value community, connection, and supporting local people. I am a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, and I love helping clients feel their best through personalized bodywork and skin care. Outside of work, I am a mom to four little ones, and spending time with them is my favorite way to recharge. Living and working in the place I grew up means everything to me, and I am grateful for every client who trusts me with their care.

Taking time to slow down isn't something extra, it's something your body actually needs.
Massage isn't just about relaxation in the moment, it's about giving yourself space to release tension, reset, and feel more like yourself again.
If you've been feeling stressed, tight, or just off, this is your reminder to take that time back.
Come see me in Crestview or Fort Walton, visit isabelswellness.com, or call/text (850) 240-8231
