When I moved from doing hair in Destin to Crestview, she was living in Panama City, and I honestly thought that would be the end of our hair journey together. But to her, it wasn’t even a question—she simply started making the drive to Crestview.
Then a few years later she told me she was moving to Kentucky, and I thought, “Well… this is definitely it.” Nope. Every three months, she’s still making the trip to sit in my chair.
It’s moments like these that remind me this job is about so much more than hair. My guests become friends, and I’m so thankful for the relationships this career has given me.
