When I first started doing hair, I can’t tell you how many people asked me what I was planning on doing with my life…while they were IN my chair!

As a brand new stylist, realizing that people didn’t take my career seriously was very discouraging in those first few years. It shaped how I viewed the industry and what was possible…and not in a positive way.

As I gained experience and confidence, I realized the only limits were the ones I put on myself. Deciding that I was going to do things on my terms, unapologetically, took me to places I never even dreamed of.

I’ve taught on stages, I’ve coached internationally, I’ve helped inspire hundreds of stylists to create things they never dreamed possible either.

Now I have my dream job, doing what I love most - educating, coaching, and working behind the chair; while helping to grow a woman-owned, multi million dollar company with like minded people and total creative freedom.

I am so grateful for the places I’ve been and opportunities I’ve received from putting myself out there in this industry.
