I was definitely up against some steep competition this year because there are so many other great businesses in the area that have been established for years and my business location is still so new to the area, so it means the WORLD to have even made it in the top 3/finalist round, in FOUR different categories this year!
Just that alone made my heart so full and had me at a loss for words. 🥹✨

To my Glam and Glow Family… a little life update. 🤍

I’m sorry I have not been posting as frequently as I usually do on here, but I have had a lot of personal things going on in my life and I just wanted to update everyone.

For the first time in almost 30 years, I’m being forced to slow down… and that’s not something that comes easy for me.

After dealing with ongoing shoulder issues for a long while, I’ve recently been in the hospital because of it and have been seeing specialists and have had a lot of tests ran and have learned that I have several things going on between my shoulder and my neck and a significant tear in my shoulder that will require surgery in June and a few months of healing afterwards. My doctors have placed me on medical leave until then, and I’ll be stepping out of the treatment room for a period of time to allow my body to heal. ❤️‍🩹

This isn’t easy for me to say, because serving my clients has been such a huge part of my life for SO MANY years. But I know that in this season, I have to listen to my body and trust the process. 🙏🏻

I do want to reassure you—this is NOT the end of my career.
While I may be stepping back from hands-on services ‘for now’, I am not going anywhere. 🥰

If anything, this season is stretching me into something new and exciting! 🤩✨

Over the coming months, I’ll be shifting into new ways of serving you—through education, guidance, and expanding into new areas that allow me to continue doing what I love in a way that supports my health long-term. There are new ventures, new opportunities, and a BIGGER vision being built behind the scenes… and I’m truly excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share it all with you. 🤩

I don’t see this as a loss—I see it as a pivot.
A new chapter.
A door God is opening that I may not have walked through otherwise. 🚪

I may not understand every detail of this season, but I trust the One who’s writing it. 🙏🏻

Just to eliminate any confusion, I just wanted to reiterate this: 🤍

I am NOT closing my business—I’m simply stepping out of the treatment room for a season to heal and take care of my body. ❤️‍🩹

Glam and Glow is still very much a part of me, and I’ll be continuing to serve you in new ways while I’m recovering. This is a pivot, not a goodbye. 🤍

I’ll keep you all updated every step of the way, and I can’t wait to share what’s coming next. Thank you for loving and supporting me through every season—it truly means more than you know. 🤍
