OK y'all! It's time to have the extremely overdue, dreaded conversation that I have been avoiding having for 4 years now.

The. cancellations. are. getting. way. out. of. hand. 👏

Y'all know me, I'm super easy going and a very understanding person. But I feel like that is starting to get to the point of being taken advantage of and I am going to have to set some boundaries going forward.

I have been hit with $315 worth of cancellations just within the past week. Let alone the $ amount of cancellations within, say, the past month - I don't even want to add that up 😓

I understand emergencies happen and things come up, but a little mindfulness and communication goes a long way.

Aside from being easy going and understanding, I strive to be as helpful to you as possible:

✅️You personally choose the date + time of your appointment.

✅️You receive a confirmation text and/or email with the date + time of your appointment upon booking.

✅️You receive a reminder text and/or email with a reminder of the date + time of your appointment, 2 days prior to your appointment.

✅️Sometimes, you receive an additional reminder text and/or email with a reminder of the date + time of your appointment, 1 day prior to your appointment (if you didn't click "confirm" the day before).

✅️You receive a final reminder text and/or email of the date + time of your appointment, 2 hours before your appointment.

All of that equals 4-5 times that you are aware of the date + time of your appointment with me. I feel as if that is plenty of opportunity to make adjustments - and in a respectful amount of time for me to be able to compensate for your spot that I reserve for you.

Please understand things from my perspective for a moment.....

Imagine getting your paycheck and it's short $315+ and you have bills to pay and little mouths to feed.
Imagine showing up for work and your boss decides he doesn't need you today and just sends you right back home - without pay.
or
Imagine showing up to your appointment with me and hearing, "I'm sorry, I forgot that I have somewhere else to be right now."
Imagine showing up to your appointment with me and hearing, "I don't need to do anymore fills today. Can you come back another day?"

You would not be as understanding as service providers such as myself are expected to be. Service providers deserve just as much respect and consideration in return as we give. We are not doing this for the sake of having "fun money". This is our JOB. It's how we make a living and take care of our families. Please keep that in mind 🙏 Not just with me, but with all your service providers!!

Please know that this not something that I WANT to do, but something that I HAVE to do.

Going forward, any cancellation outside of atleast a 24hr notice will require a deposit in order to rebook. That deposit will either be applied to your appointment upon completion or will serve as a cancellation fee in the event that I am not notified of a change within atleast a 24hr notice.

$30 deposit/cancellation fee for any and all 1-3 week fill appointments.

$50 deposit/cancellation fee for any and all 4 week fill and full set appointments.

Effective immediately.

✨️Updated Lash Pricing✨️

Hello, Pumpkin Belle Beauties 🎀 As hinted at in my previous post, I have finally adjusted my prices, from beginner: just starting out, to better fit my experience×skills×knowledge×retention and not to mention the continually rising cost of supplies. These updated lash prices go into effect today: November 1 2023. Wax pricing will remain the same 💋 Please refer to the new price sheets below to see how your fills will be affected. Pricing has been updated online as well. To make it easier on behalf of fills, they have only increased by $5 from what you're used to 💖 I told y'all I would remain as fair as I possibly could - and I did.

💌 A friendly reminder on how fills work:

A "mini" fill is a fill leading up to ONE week. Once the ONE week mark is passed, it is considered a TWO week fill. At that point, it has been longer than a week. You are in the second week, therefore a TWO week fill.

A "regular" fill is a fill between ONE week, leading up to TWO weeks. Once the TWO week mark is passed, it is considered a THREE week fill. At that point, it has been longer than two weeks. You are in the third week, therefore a THREE week fill.

A three week fill is a fill between TWO weeks, leading up to THREE weeks. Once the THREE week mark is passed, it is considered a FOUR week fill. At that point, it has been longer than three weeks. You are in the fourth week, therefore a FOUR week fill.

A four week fill is a fill between THREE weeks, leading up to FOUR weeks. Once the FOUR week mark is passed, it will be considered a custom fill. A fill past 4 weeks will have a custom price at time of appointment based on amount of lashes remaining. You can expect the custom price to range from the price of a four week fill up to the price of a full set. However, I'm not mean. In many cases, depending on the situation, I will do a discounted full set for my clients if a full set is necessary 🫶

✨️Introducing MEGA VOLUME✨️

I have been doing mega volume for quite some time now but haven't posted it or added it to my service list yet so here's to making it official 🥂

𝗠𝗲𝗴𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲 is the fullest, fluffiest set offered. Depending on the amount of natural lashes an individual has to attach to, mega volume can often be so 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸 you can't see 👀 through them (face view, not blinding). These lashes are 𝓭𝓪𝓻𝓴 & 𝖑𝖚𝖈𝖎𝖔𝖚𝖘, not recommended for beginners. I highly recommend working your way up to these or only booking if you have had mega volume before. Keep in mind, your natural lashes must also be strong enough to hold mega volume lash fans. I will be the judge of that. I will NOT put these on you unless I feel comfortable doing so. I will NEVER jeopardize the health of your natural lashes for a fuller set that would do damage.

📢Get in on these prices while you can - my prices will be adjusted (long overdue) November 1st 2023 as I am no longer a beginner lash tech just starting out. I have neglected to adjust them sooner for no other reason than the goodness of my heart but the time has come for my prices to reflect my experience • skills + knowledge • and retention that I have worked so hard to achieve, not to mention the cost of my supplies has went up atleast twice ✌️ since I started out a year and ½ ago. I will remain as fair as I possibly can but please understand that this is long overdue for me. I have been going off of beginner prices since starting in April 2022 and I'm pretty sure I'm the cheapest (now) established lash tech in town and certainly deserve to be compensated atleast a little closer to the rest.
