New policy:

I’m sorry I have to do this but I have had two cancellations this week an hour before the appointment. I take the time to make an exclusive appointment for you. My time is the money I make. I’m not a hourly employee. Your appointment is very important to me and my family to survive. From now on if you cancel before 48 hrs, I will have to have a %50 deposit of your next appointment. I will keep your card on file and it will go towards your service. I appreciate all of my clients. I just can not have this done to me anymore.

I’m having to make schedule changes due to my son school changing hours and Jakob getting a new job. So I will be in contact with my clients this month!
