PRE- POOL HAIR ROUTINE 🌴☀️

(Reminder since warmer weather is around the corner! 😎)

Step 1 Soak your hair in clean water

Your hair is like a sponge, it absorbs whatever is around it. So when your hair is wet with clean water before you get into the pool, it doesn’t fill (as much) with all the chlorine - filled water

Step 2 leave in conditioner

This is just another protection layer, the chlorine will have to get through both the conditioner and the soaked hair.

Step 3 protective hairstyle

This step is sooo important. My go to is always braids or a claw clip. 🖤

Chlorine damages + dries. Always wash your hair after swimming in a pool to avoid any damage.
