Avoiding breads because of how it makes you feel afterwards gets old. Eliminating them from your diet seems to be the only option sometimes. We've been there and it is a difficult way to live.

It is possible to feel good about eating bread again.

The problem is not your body but the extremely processed flour that is in everything. Sandwich bread, pancakes, cookies, pasta, pizza and yes even sourdough...UNLESS it is fresh milled.

It's like this...
When eating a meal, you can't take out the meat and veggies, only eat the dessert and expect it to be good for you.

The same is true with flour. Processed flour removes the healthy stuff and leaves the dessert.

Curious how fresh milled flour can be your answer? Check out our guide in the comments.
