CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time.

NEW CLIENT POLICY/NO-SHOW POLICY
A $50 deposit will be charged upon booking for any new lash set. Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional cancellation fee will not be charged on top of the deposit.

LATE POLICY
Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early, with no makeup and if possible, contacts removed. If you are late, this will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same.

LASH FILL POLICY
40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case by case basis. They may require more time, or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.
