Ciao a tutti,

We want to highlight a new addition to our updated menu: La Carnivora (The Carnivore).

As many of you know, we started Nicoletta’s Caffè Napoli with only two traditional pizzas. Enter the Carnivora, a traditional Margherita with 3 high quality meats.

Concerning our meats, I want to emphasize that while many business may advertise the catch words “fresh” and “ high quality” we actually mean it and without compromise. Our Fennel Sausage ships weekly from a pork store in the Bronx, NY and contains only 6 ingredients: Pork Shoulder, Natural Casing, Fennel Seeds, Salt, and Black Pepper. No corn syrup, or carcinogenic additives such as BHA and BHT which are banned in Europe. Our Napoli Salami and Prosciutto Cotto likewise come from a high-end Salumeria in Manhattan and contain only natural ingredients for which we pay a premium for without fully translating that cost to our customer base.

Why do we do this? Because people matter over profit. What you eat as our community matters to us more than increasing our profit margins. We believe in what we do and in full transparency. At any time, we are happy to disclose the full ingredients of any of our menu options.

Our family would be happy to see you today, even if its just to stop in and say Ciao. We are open FRI-MON 12pm-6pm. To-go orders are welcome.

Blessings!

P.S. traditional Neapolitan Pizza like the one displayed below bakes in less than 90 seconds. The one below baked for 50 seconds at 900 degrees!
