New 5.0-star Review: "We are seasonal residents in a tiny house at Deer Run RV Resort. Our AC unit that came with the tiny house in late 2014 worked great for us until this season. We called Crossville Heating & Cooling for an evaluation. We received almost immediate response to our call. Zack was very helpful, and got the investigation started. After a week testing a temporary repair, the AC unit completely died. We were presented with a few options. We chose the new installation of a Mitsubishi split unit.Within the week, our new unit was delivered and installed. Great work guys!Every single personal contact with Crossville Heating & Cooling was polite, respectful, informative, and professional. We found this entire experience with Crossville Heating & Cooling to be easy and stress-free . . . except paying the bill, of course.Thank you to every team member who touched our project in any way. We look forward to signing up for a maintenance agreement. We highly recommend this company and this team."
