Ingredients:

If you haven’t done so already, wash, peel, and chop the beetroots into smaller pieces. Peel the ginger. If you’re using an apple for a touch of sweetness, core and chop it. Squeeze the lemon or lime into a separate bowl to avoid seeds.

Juicing Options
2 medium beetroots, washed, peeled, and chopped
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 apple (optional, for sweetness and balance)
1 lemon or lime (for added tanginess and vitamin C)
Water (optional, to adjust consistency)
Ice cubes (for serving)

Using a Juicer
Pass the beetroot chunks, ginger, and apple (if using) through the juicer. Stir in the lemon or lime juice afterward.
