When booking a service—whether it be a chemical service, haircut, or blow-dry—please keep in mind that these appointments reserve dedicated time in our stylists’ schedules.
Last-minute cancellations of a service at the time of your appointment significantly impact our ability to accommodate our other clients and can result in a loss of income for our team.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or modifications to your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another guest on our waiting list.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge.
• No-shows will be charged
100% of the scheduled service.
