T&T Nails Full Service Salon

Very bad customer Service, the owner shouldn’t treat customers like that and of course the customer (s) shouldn’t do it either. Have they ever thought that customer(s) or they owner has any weapon like gun. What would be happened if they had had a gun? Somebody could had been shot to death and the shooter should deal it a life time in jail? It is so stupid!

Last year Ms. Stephanie Minix and her daughter, Alia came to my shop and borrowed my cocktail book to make some copies of the drinks they like. However, Alia used it for her school and wanted to keep it as her own. I called Ms. Stephany several times and left messages; unfortunately, she never called me back until I used someone else's cell phone to call her. She told me to stop calling her phone. I asked her nicely to bring my book back as they promised me, but they have never given my book back. It has been more than 6 months since they borrowed my book and I haven't seen my book since.
I can't believe some one can do that and took advance of my kindness. Now I know what "Don't judge a book by its cover" really means!
Don't let people who dressed nice and acted like they are high class FOOL you, you'll be surprised those people can disguise themselves well under their college degree and their look.
I hope they will think it over again and bring what belonged to me as soon as possible, otherwise, they'll reap what they sow. I texted her couple times to ask her to give me the book back, she said she would and also texted me : "DO NOT text me about it any more otherwise you will be harassing me. I will not stand for that..... No further communication is deemed necessary so cease and desist any further communication"
How could it be? And how hard is that, why don't just return the book to its owner? I'm scared!!! Laugh out loud.... Laugh my butt off....
What goes around comes around, and GOD don't sleep. Amen
