I never love making posts like this, but with summer schedules in full swing, I wanted to share a few friendly reminders to help keep our days running smoothly.

First, thank you. ❤️ Your continued support of JBDerma means the world to me, and I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

As JBDerma continues to grow, flexibility with same-day schedule changes has become much more difficult than it once was. I truly miss the days when I could easily move appointments around at a moment’s notice, but my schedule is often fully booked weeks in advance.

⏰ Appointment Times
Please do your best to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. I understand parking can be challenging and life gets busy! I intentionally build in a little extra time before and after appointments so we can discuss your concerns, treatment plans, and skincare goals without feeling rushed.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations
This is never my favorite topic, but it is an important one.

A great deal of preparation goes into your appointment before you arrive, including treatment planning, room preparation, and opening products and supplies specifically for your service. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in lost appointment opportunities and treatment costs that cannot always be recovered.

To help protect my small business and respect the time reserved for all clients, cancellation fees will be enforced more consistently moving forward.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.
• No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment when scheduling future services.

Communication is always appreciated. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work together to find the best solution.
