She tried everything and still her acne stayed.

Then one of my clients sent her my way.

What you’re seeing here isn’t a quick fix. This is what happens when we stop chasing trends and start following a plan.

Acne Bootcamp is more than just a series of treatments. It’s consistency. It’s trusting the process. It’s using the right products at home every single day, even when progress feels slow. It’s understanding that healing acne is a journey, not an overnight transformation.

And sometimes? Before we get to the sunshine, we have to work through the storm.

There are moments where your skin may feel stuck. There are moments where things can look worse before they look better. That’s normal. That’s part of the process.

The difference is having someone in your corner who knows how to navigate those ups and downs and make adjustments when needed.

This progress didn’t happen because of one peel. It didn’t happen because of one product.
It happened because she stayed consistent, trusted the plan, and didn’t give up when things got hard.

The redness is calmer.
The inflammation is significantly reduced.

If you’re struggling with stubborn acne and feel like you’ve tried everything, maybe you just haven’t found the right plan yet. 🤍

Acne is a journey, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I'm an esthetician. Here's what I actually use on my own skin. 🖤

Spoiler: it's not complicated. And yes, hydration is doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

As an esthetician, I have to be intentional about what I put on my own skin. No harsh actives stacked on top of each other. No over-exfoliating in the name of "glow." Just a routine built around one thing: keeping my barrier intact so my skin can do its job.

Here's the short version:
☀️ AM
A cleanser, a mist, an antioxidant serum, a hydrating HA, a moisturizer, an SPF

🌙 PM
A cleanser, an exfoliant (2-3x a week only), a barrier serum, a hydrating HA, a moisturizer

That's it. Nothing trending. Nothing with twelve steps.

The biggest thing I see clients overlook? Hydration. Not because it's trendy, but because a well-hydrated barrier is a resilient one. It heals faster. It stays calm. And everything you put on it actually absorbs and works the way it's supposed to.

When your skin is fed, calm, and protected, it stops reacting to everything. That's not a glow-up. That's just skin doing its job.

Your skin isn't the problem. Your plan is.

Inflamed and congested. A routine that was working overtime without working right.

We didn't add more. We added smarter.

One targeted step: SIV Biome Balancing Serum, worked into her routine.

That's it. That's the difference.

Congestion like this has a pattern. And patterns can be read and treated.

If your jaw and chin stay broken out no matter what you try, that's not stubborn skin. That's a plan problem.

You've had facials for years. Your skin should look different by now. 👀

Most facials are maintenance, and there's nothing wrong with that. But if you've been coming in regularly and still feel like your skin is stuck, the treatment alone isn't the problem.

It's what's not being added to it.
The CO2Lift mask is the upgrade most people don't know exists. A deeply oxygenating gel treatment that works underneath the surface, boosting collagen, improving circulation, and leaving your skin visibly plumper and tighter. No downtime. No recovery. Just your skin, functioning the way it's supposed to.

The difference isn't subtle.

Your skin deserves more than a surface level treatment. Add the CO2Lift to your next appointment and feel it for yourself. Book through the link in bio.

Most people either overpack their skincare for trips or completely change up their routine the second they leave town. Your skin usually pays for it after.

This is what actually makes the cut:
Skin prep, hydration, barrier support, SPF, and yes, the little finishing touches that make you feel like you.

Travel can seriously stress your skin out.

Recycled airplane air, different climates, hard water, lack of sleep, long days, and time changes can leave your skin dehydrated, irritated, and breaking out before you even unpack.

You do not need your entire bathroom in your carry on. You just need the right products that keep your skin balanced while you’re away.

Save this before your next trip.

If you're spending money on your skincare routine and then walking outside without SPF.... we need to talk. 👀

UV exposure undoes everything. Your treatments, your serums, your results. It doesn't matter how good your routine is if you're not protecting it daily.

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, and the most important thing I can tell you is: SPF is not optional. It's the step that makes everything else work (I promise).

I have an SPF for every skin type.
