- my signature nail form techniques for a perfect fit
- my signature full coverage tip (think Gel-X) that gets me 4+ week retention (and allows us to do fills in this service 😎)
- polishing the perfect cuticle line +side walls for a clean look
- E-File prep for badass retention
-E-File removal + rebalancing

Eye care tips👀

👁 Follow the 20-20-20 rule:
Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for a minimum of 20 seconds (you can set a timer to remember!)

👁 Use his lighting:
Use daylight balanced LEDs (the closet to natural daylight the better) and avoid dim lit areas

👁 Keep hydrated:
Use preservative free artificial tears. I have pre-portioned disposable vials on hand at all times

👁 GOOD prescriptions when needed:
Like in this video, my doctor has me taken care of! Other things to consider are blue light filters on your lenses and/or magnifying lenses if needed
