Our bodies are the container for all of our thoughts, feelings and emotions. It can store what we are not ready to process and save it for when our minds are ready. It will hold on to the tension we create to “just keep going”. If our bodies are holding so tightly to stress, trauma or even our daily schedule…our mind doesn’t have a moment of calm.

Healing starts with the body.

Hello Friends!!

So excited to be sharing this new journey with you all! I am currently in massage school, graduating in September of this year. To say I am excited and ready is an understatement. I knew I had so much more, something deeper, to offer my clients.
Thank you for coming to my page and following along with me🙏🏻🤍 Excited to share what I am up to and services I’ll be offering.
I am at American College Massage School in Crown Point, In. I take clients on Fridays from 9-3 and some Thursdays from 12-7pm. 50minute massage is $35 and 90minute is $75. Please message me with any booking questions or inquiries.
