At The Nail Studio, our goal is not only to provide beautiful nails but also to create a welcoming environment where every customer feels appreciated and cared for. That is why all of our nail services are guaranteed for 2 weeks. If you experience any issues during that time, please do not hesitate to come back. We will gladly fix them free of charge so your nails continue to look their best.
We have even helped many customers who did not originally receive services at our salon. In those situations, we kindly ask that you remember your nail color or service details whenever possible. If the exact color is unknown, we will do our best to match it with the closest available shade.
To ensure fairness for everyone, we serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not give special priority to anyone because every customer deserves the same level of respect and attention.
Recently, many parents have brought their children in for highly detailed and creative nail art designs. These beautiful custom designs require extra time, patience, and careful attention to detail. We always strive to give each child the best results possible and create a set of nails they can truly enjoy.
At the same time, we kindly ask for understanding and patience from parents. The people serving you are not just nail technicians—they are sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, and young individuals who are working hard and doing their best every day.
