A recent new client appointment was a great reminder of why education matters in the nail industry.

She came to me while her regular tech was on vacation, and I immediately noticed issues with structure, shaping, and areas where product appeared to have been improperly cured. As nail professionals, these are things we should never overlook.

Every client has different nail anatomy and needs. Proper structure, product knowledge, and safe application techniques aren’t optional, they’re essential for both retention and nail health.

When choosing a nail tech, remember you’re trusting someone with your nail health.. not just a manicure!

As this year comes to a close, I just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of my friends, family, and amazing clients who have supported Designed by Dré Beauty Bar.

This year brought so many milestones! Growth, hard work, long days, and answered prayers. One of the biggest accomplishments was being able to open a salon alongside my sister, creating a space that truly reflects our vision and allows us to offer an even better, elevated client experience.

None of this would have been possible without your trust, loyalty, encouragement, and love. Every appointment booked, post shared, and referral made has meant more than you know.
