Phill- this week is already almost completely full. Tomorrow and Friday have some spots left. I only have until 10:30 this morning to fit people in. I'm booked from 11 through the rest of the day.

Back to school hit hard this week.

Phill- I am taking walk-ins this morning and some after lunch. My end of day is booked up.

Tomorrow and Saturday are filling up fast. I still have a lot open for Thursday and Friday.

Phill- IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

For those that normally pay with card, the fee for using it is going up. I want to encourage everyone to start bringing cash so neither side of the transaction, whether that be you the customer, or me, gets charged extra for using a card.

There will still be a card on file for no call no shows. It will not be charged unless you miss your appointment. If I am given ample time beforehand that you cannot make it (at least 30 minutes) then you will wont be charged.

If you only give me a 10 minute warning or right at your time that you nolonger can make it, then you will still be charged for a missed appointment.

Also, if you are going to be a few minutes late, I need to know, so I am not waiting and wondering if you are going to show up. Depending on how late you are and how busy I am, there is a good chance that I am not going to be able to cut your hair because I won't have enough time until my next appointment.

If you are late enough that I can't fit you in, you will be charged the no show fee.

My schedule is starting to fill out a lot more. That's a big reason I encourage you to make an appointment earlier, so you don't miss out.

I hate to have to say all this, however it is becoming a problem with people showing up late and expecting me to fit them in when it was my time that was waisted.

I appreciate all of you who have continued to supported and help me grow in my business. Word of mouth is helping more than you know.
