As I finish my last day behind the chair before welcoming our sweet baby boy, I just want to say thank you. 🤍

To each and every one of my amazing clients—thank you for trusting me with your hair, supporting me, celebrating this exciting season of life with me, and showing me so much love. Your kindness, patience, and encouragement has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.

As I take this time to welcome our little one and settle into this new chapter, I’ll be sending out an email to all of my clients with my return date as soon as we’re home and have had a chance to adjust.

Thank you for your patience while I’m away, and thank you for being such an incredible part of my journey. I can’t wait to be back behind the chair creating beautiful hair for all of you again. Until then, keep me and our growing family in your thoughts as we get ready to meet our little boy. 💙

As many of you know, our baby boy is due July 28, and as we get closer to his arrival, I wanted to share an update on my schedule. 💙

My family and I will be on vacation July 14–20, but I will be back in the salon July 22–25. I currently still have appointments available both before and after vacation.

As for maternity leave, I don’t have an exact start date since our little guy will ultimately decide that for us! I plan to continue working as long as I am able, but please be aware that as we get closer to my due date, schedule changes may become necessary.

If you currently have an appointment scheduled and he decides to make an early appearance, I will personally reach out to you. I ask for a little flexibility and understanding during these last few weeks as there is always the possibility that appointments may need to be adjusted.

When I do begin maternity leave, my online booking will be blocked off for a short period of time. I will not be accepting new clients right away, but I will be reaching out to my regular clients and opening my schedule as I am able. When I return, I will be starting slowly with Saturdays and gradually working my way back to full days while still offering all services.

I will still be checking messages throughout maternity leave and will respond as I can. Please don’t take it personally if I don’t get back to you right away—I’ll be adjusting to life with a newborn. And please don’t ever feel like you’re bothering me by reaching out!

If you’re hoping to get in before maternity leave, I highly recommend booking sooner rather than later. While I plan to work as long as possible, availability will become more limited as we get closer to his arrival.

Thank you all for your continued support, patience, and understanding during this exciting season for my family. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and can’t wait for you all to meet our sweet boy. 🫶🏼
