Love our Pearlizer! It adds such a natural glow to the skin. Use it as highlight on cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin or mix with foundation or CCTM for an allover glow. Add to eyelids and the inner corner of the eye for a natural look.

VITAMIN D, WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

While I'm not always faithful to my vitamin routine, I do try. Especially in this time of lockdowns & much less outdoor activity. In addition, I'm 55 this year so age also has it's impacts, but a lack of sunlight for any age can negatively affect our emotional and physical wellbeing.

Did you know that vitamin D not only helps to strengthen our bones, but also plays a role in skin protection and rejuvenation AND has been linked to improving our immune system, which is super important in our current environment. Additionally, some studies have also linked low vitamin D levels in people who suffer sleep disturbances. I'm amazed at all the benefits to vitamin D.

So how do we get our daily dose of D?

Take supplements, use a UV lamp, spend time outside in the sunlight, eat fatty fish and seafood, egg yolks, and vitamin D fortified foods.

Let's talk about growth! I've learned so much and absolutley love what these products have done for my skin.

I did this as part of a Senegence challenge, but had no idea I would see such a difference. In 2017, my skin was red and I was always fighting patchy dryness on my face. Now, here in 2021 and 4 yrs older, my skin is better than it's ever been.
