✨️ Barefoot Deep Tissue Massage ✨️

This massage helps release deep tension from within. Barefoot massage does work deeper into the body than a traditional deep tissue, however since the massage is done via barefeet the body is able to adjust to the pressure typically more comfortably than a traditional deep tissue style. With this modality I use the bars over top the table to guide and support myself while working on the client, there are also times where I'll be working from the stool as well * Note there are additional contraindications for this style of massage which will be discussed during intake*

I started my Barefoot Ashi Deep Tissue training almost 4 years ago and have had the chance to get some wonderful experience with understanding the modality as well as starting some advanced level training. Since getting my new table in it has made me fall in love with Barefoot even more!

📢 I am super excited to announce that coming Sept 18th I'll officially be adding Ashi Thai massage to my menu, I have been working on getting practice in with Ashi Thai since taking the course this past May and finally am feeling confident in my skills to add that to the service menu! Thank you so much to everyone who let me get some practice in with the new skill that I'm learning. Between now and Sept 18th I'll be polishing up my skills a bit and applying for the certification process for Ashi Thai. 📢

A regular Barefoot Deep Tissue massage can be booked now as a 90 or 120 minute service. This style of massage helps release deep tension from muscles.
