Today I had the opportunity to step outside the office for a bit! I got asked to participate in the REC employee wellness fair! I provided some selfcare and meditation tips as well as offering chair massages. I even got to run into my friends from Cobblestone Streets Coffee and try their delicious white chocolate iced latte. I highly recommend trying out their coffee, you can catch them at our Farmer's market on Saturday mornings as well as popping up at other local events!

I'm a licensed massage therapist with 9 years of experience in providing alternative healing services. I created Soul Balance Solutions in July 2023. My specialty is blending multiple modalities to provide a unique individualized treatment.
