We have gotten back to baking bread! We love to add our herbal blends and salts to our bread and butter (so easy to make) recipes.

Mary needed a refresher and attended a Sourdough Baking Class with Sweet Virginia Farmstand. Emily may still have openings in her upcoming classes. We highly recomend.

These herbs are our gift to you!

Tomorrow, from 10-3, The Little House at Seek Lavender will be open. We have been engrossed in fall chores which have led to thoughts of our Thanksgiving meal. For a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, the essential herbs are sage, thyme, rosemary, and parsley, which add classic flavors to turkey, stuffing, and gravy. We would love to have you come by tomorrow and pick some for your dinner. There is time for them to dry. Freshly picked and dried herbs carry the most robust flavor.!
