At The P&P, we take accessibility and affordability VERY seriously, but the bottom line is that the tools and products we need to keep the salon running are much more expensive now than ever.
Starting Monday, August 3rd, our Scissor Cuts will be $50, and our Color Service Cuts will be $40.
This will be the second time in 6 years that we’ve bumped prices up, and it’s not something we are fans of, but we hope you find value in not only our hair services, but also in our mission to continue to provide a safe space for everyone to feel seen, loved, and celebrated.

We have waited until today, June 28th, to say HAPPY PRIDE 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️, because TODAY (57 years ago) marks the anniversary of The Stonewall Uprising; in 1969.
We won’t re-tell the same story, but we want to highlight another one. This is Krista. She and her wife have been coming to us for YEARS, and through those years, we have had the honor of getting to know them well.
Kids, you are looking at a human who has fought day in and day out: for DECADES in order to be able to live her life..
She has lost friends to the AIDS epidemic. She has been turned away, looked down on, and (beyond) bullied for simply being true to herself.
When she was much younger, she was unable to even go to a club without bigots threatening her upon entry… and upon exit…
The P&P celebrates ALL genders and sexualities on a daily basis, but THIS month, we are meditating on the trials and tribulations of our elders. These people are the reason the LGBTQIA+ community has what limited freedoms they have. Krista and her wife (Trish) will forever be heroes, and they certainly deserve a thank you on this special occasion.
We love you. Thank you for being brave enough to walk through this bigoted world with your heads held high 🧡
