Another little tid bit of info:

Due to being in salty and wet conditions, conduit on ocean boardwalks are almost always PVC. Although rigid metalic conduit is structurally stronger, it will rust and corrode quickly. The conduit for these boardwalk lights are all PVC, and tucked under the walkway for a nice clean look👌

Even on vacation we are always thinking about electrical! Have you ever seen one of these boxes on a boardwalk? Have you ever wondered what they are for?

This is a high voltage Nema 3 junction box, where conductors are spliced for longer runs. These are used where components are subject to weather and outside. In situations like this, they are often sealed in a way that prevents water from reaching bare conductors even if the water rises above the top!

Definitely not your normal cow barn! We are finally wrapping up one of our largest projects to date. This barn had so many different materials used, and quite a bit of it. 1000 amps of 3 phase service. Roughly 6,000 ft of conduit was used throughout, and thousands of feet of wire is strung through them. 70, 200 watt UFO lights were used to provide plenty of light without destroying a monthly electric bill. This customer wanted quality, and thats what we provided. Each panel has a detachable cord to make it removable for servicing. A TON of time went into designing and engineering this barn, and it turned out amazing. Absolutely huge shout out to the people who made this project possible, and a MASSIVE shoutout to the crew that made this happen. Tyrel, Jay, Haiau, Josh, Noah, and Caleb did amazing, and we couldnt be happier.
