Building a team has always been one of the hardest parts of owning my salon.

If I’m being completely honest, the thought of delegating pieces of something I’ve poured my heart and soul into made me feel like I was giving up control. I built this business from the ground up, so trusting someone else with even the smallest tasks didn’t come naturally.

But one of my babes, Kelsey | Fractional COO & Strategic Advisor , has completely changed my perspective. She reminded me that building a business doesn’t mean you have to carry every single thing on your own. Sometimes growth looks like trusting the right people and allowing them to help you shine even brighter.

And now… I have the sweetest assistant, Kadence , and I truly don’t know how I ever managed without her. My days run so much smoother, everything feels more organized, and by the time my social battery completely checks out around 3 PM 😂 she happily takes over the chatting for the rest of the day. Total game changer. 🤣🤍

Learning to let go of a little control hasn’t made this salon any less mine—it’s made it stronger.
