When I’m working through layers of dark artificial pigment, my goal isn’t to get my client as light as possible in one appointment. My priority is getting her there while protecting the health and integrity of her hair.

Over three sessions, I’ve slowly worked through the old color, lifting a little more each time and working with what her hair gives me instead of fighting against it.

This session, we landed on this gorgeous, dimensional golden bronde and we both absolutely love where we are!

Color corrections are a journey. I always tell my clients to trust the process, be patient, and understand that sometimes the most beautiful results happen one step at a time.

A very special first haircut today! 🩷

My tiniest client came in for her very first haircut and it was such a sweet milestone to be a part of! I gave those precious little locks a fresh trim and made some special memories along the way by having her mama cut the first lock.
