To keep the flow of the appointments and to be fair to everyone. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late. We will have to reschedule your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment the day before 7pm or No Call No Show your appointment then the next time you book. You are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. The $50 will go towards your service at your appointment. If you don't show up again or cancel after 7pm the day before then you agree to forfeit the $50 deposit. If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please understand that you might not be able to get in right away.
