We’re making things a little easier and more organized with our new digital intake and consent forms!

When you book a massage appointment, you’ll now receive an email confirmation with links to complete your paperwork right from your phone or computer. No printing necessary!

Even if you’ve already completed and signed a paper intake form with us in the past, we’re asking everyone to complete the new digital forms just once. This allows us to keep your information securely saved and organized electronically for future visits.

The good news? Once you’ve completed them, you won’t have to fill them out before every appointment!

📧 Simply open your appointment confirmation email and tap “View form” to complete your paperwork.

Already have an appointment scheduled? No worries! You may not have received the new digital forms yet. We’ll take care of getting your paperwork updated when you come in. There’s no need to change your appointment!

I listened to my body yesterday when it told me I needed rest. I hope to set a good example for others by doing this. I don’t just preach it; I practice it.

While my body rested, I put my brain to work and earned some new certificates! A large portion of my clients are in the 65+ age group, so I started with “Aging Essentials” and then added a couple more for my other most common requests.

I am committed to continuing education so that I can continue providing the best care for my clients. Thank you for trusting me, as I do not take it lightly. 🤍

Okay, I HAVE to share this little laundry win! 🙌

Back when I did hair all the time, it seemed like everything I owned eventually ended up with hair color or bleach on it. Now that I do massage all day… apparently I’ve just traded that problem for massage oil on everything. 😂

I went shopping at Lake Martin Boutique and bought a couple of cute new fall shirts to wear to the Fall Festival this past weekend. Before I even got to wear one of them, I managed to get a pretty significant oil stain on it. 🤦‍♀️

I was SO aggravated! I’ve tried Stain Devils and all kinds of other stain-removal tricks on oil stains without much luck. I had already treated this shirt, soaked it, washed it and put it through the dryer — and the stain was still there.

So, naturally, I asked ChatGPT 😂 and it told me to try cornstarch + Dawn Powerwash.

I covered the stain really well with cornstarch and let it sit for several hours (mine ended up sitting about 12), brushed it off, sprayed it with Dawn Powerwash and washed it again.

IT CAME OUT! 🙌

I really didn’t think there was any hope after it had already been through the dryer, so I had to share this one. If you’re constantly getting grease or oil on your clothes like I am, SAVE THIS!

And most importantly… my brand-new Lake Martin Boutique fall shirt was saved! 😂🙌
