Medical Prothesis field has come a long, long way in helping folks confidence & mobility in life.....but on the other hand removable ears would make those "high & tights and bald fades" sooooooooooo much easier!

Memorial Day was first widely observed on May 30, 1868 as "Decoration Day". It was established by General John A. Logan of the Grand Army of the Republic to honor fallen Union soldiers by decorating their graves with flowers. As more wars came and went others were remembered for their sacrifice. In 1971 it became a Federal Holiday. Not sure wishing anyone (especially a Veteran) a "Happy Memorial Day" would be the correct sentiment. I don't know, maybe have a "Safe a weekend and remember our Fallen." would be more appropriate.
To all Our Veterans who have fallen in service to our country you are loved & your sacrifice remembered.
