Once you book your appointment, your intake form will be sent to your email. This should be filled out through DocuSign, which is FREE to use! This will prevent any damage to your skin, health most importantly and sort out any misunderstandings. After care instructions will be sent through text as it seems to be the best way for clients to remember.
