Although this is quite possibly the absolute worst timing for this kind of news and happening to me, I am looking forward to new beginnings, new opportunities, and new experiences.
I will truly miss all of you who have kept me sane with this company and gave me a reason to keep striving and not give up and move on. The past two years have given me so much knowledge, work ethic, education, and confidence in myself that could never be replaced and I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow into my career path.
I hope to see you all back in my ~own~ treatment room sometime, hopefully soon🤞🏼🫶🏼

i’ve been making so many changes to life lately and tbh, its been feeling super cool and invigorating.
doing things for myself, my physical and internal health, and just my overall well-being, i feel so proud of myself.
i’ve truly taken myself out of my comfort zone this past year, so many things have changed- time waits for no one. I can’t even believe how much has changed in just one year, but i’ve said that many times before (🤣).

anyways, long story short- i feel fantastic and i can’t believe i’m here, everyday, existing, living the human experience. is this mania?? probably, but at least i’m enjoying it!!
