Who would have thought breast milk is very beneficial for us mamas and their babies. Studies have shown that breast milk has immunological properties can treat many skin conditions such as diaper rash, eczema, cradle cap, acne, and among other superficial skin wounds. Now if you’re a new mama or have had a baby recently definitely give these remedies:
- Breast milk bath: Great for baby and mama to help build your skin’s immune system
- Breast milk lotion: Contains natural moisture properties and a wonderful healing agent
- Breast milk face mask: Wonderful option for mama to relax and heal mama for the ever changing experience of motherhood
