A little core action for the girlies 🥰🙌🏾

Ladies, here’s a mini tutorial on how to *properly* do core work. I hate to see y’all outchea just spinning your wheels and getting absolutely nothing accomplished 😩😢🤦🏾‍♀️—so I want you to remember this:

📌core work is about TEMPO! Breathe in for 3 sec (while contracting your abs) and breathe out for 3 sec (while releasing your abs)
📌 no core work will outweigh a bad diet sis (you already know💯💯)
📌 combine with 20-30 minutes of low to medium intensity cardio at least 3 times a week and a fat cell will hate to see you coming🗣️👀

This workout can be done by all levels of fitness, including newbies. Just remember to slow it down to ensure your form is correct… This workout will take about 30 min

I’m using both 5lb dumbbells for all the exercises that require 2 dumbbells, and a 10 lb dumbbell for the exercises with just one dumbbell 🙌🏾

Tips:
📌 make sure your gaze moves in the direction of the twist for that first exercise (lunge/twist combo).. this will promote better core engagement 💯
📌push your glutes as far back as they can go for the RDL (Romanian deadlift) to recruit your glutes more
📌add a band above your knees for extra resistance
📌 minimize breaks for enhanced cardio impact
