Skin prep is essential for a great foundation base! I always recommend doing your full skin care routine before applying makeup. If you find your under eye getting patchy, I suggest adding an eye cream after serum especially if you have combo oily/ dry or dry skin. Serums are necessary to add extra moisture for skin that gets dry especially during this season this way your base is smooth and non patchy.
