The challenge we have every day is not just to replace what has been done in the past but to upon it.
What you'll see here is a failing which is a which has a metal substructure along with on top of it.
They are good restorations, but we don't make them any more because they require alot of effort and there are better solutions today.
One thing I tell patients is if you start to see darkening around the edge of your tooth, that can be breakdown or . And we want neither.
In the xray, you'll be to see that the crown doesn't fit very well. There is an extra ledge that collects food.
When you swipe left, you'll see that there's alot of things underneath the crown that we don't want.
The black stuff is nothing good.
You'll see what a clean and disinfected tooth looks like.
This is the outcome and shoots for every time.
And in the final photos, you'll see the magic work does every day.
Beautiful contour, beautiful , nice appropriate color matching and the hard thing is the which is the brightness of the tooth compared to the other teeth.
The material is a called made by . The restorative material is made by called G-aenial Universal AO2. It's really my favorite material.
There are many great . What do you like to use for your restorative material and crowns?

So smiles should be easy.
Never forced.
This sweet gal came to us from one of our favorite offices we work with Dr. Glenn Krieger
Glenn is an allstar but many don't know he was an before he went BACK to school to get his residency training.
He is probably one of the best providers not only in or , but in the US!!!
When you swipe right 2x, you'll see what I saw at her first visit.
Many dentists and orthodontists will help patients by closing gaps.
It's a very important step in .
But an even more important step is understaning why there are gaps in the first place.
Is it a bite issue? Is it a tooth eruption issue? Is it an undersized tooth issue (YES)
So some people have smaller (than normal) teeth in the lateral incisor position. And what happens is many dentists will close those spaces instead of of making teeth larger.
Making teeth the appropriate size can be done in 2 ways.
or
We chose for a number of reasons.
But most importantly we were able to get her smile like this in a single visit!
Oh and it didn't need any shots or
So think of it like
Nicole will be finishing her soon and we are so happy for her.

This guy.
This guy who was the youngest of 8.
This guy who left his family at 17 to go to a foreign country to finish college.
This guy who then left again to go to another foreign country to learn medicine in a foreign language.
This guy who then took a boat with a fooocker and came to America through Ellis Island to finish his medical training in ANOTHER foreign language.
This guy who met my mother and started a life and helped countless other relatives come to the US to live meaningful lives.
This guy who named me after his baba.
This guy who always put me first above everything else.
This guy who will tell a story for 30 minutes and at the punchline will ALWAYS say - TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT.....
Happy Father's Day to you and to all the other dads who try and make their kids lives better and richer!
