I used to struggle with receding gums, and I wanted to share the morning and evening oral care routine that I feel has made such a difference in my gum health! 🦷🌿
Here’s exactly what I do every single day! 👇
☀️ MY MORNING ROUTINE
🪥 I brush my teeth using my BON CHARGE red light toothbrush and Himalaya Botanique Whitening Complete Care toothpaste.
🌿 This is my simple morning routine to start the day with clean teeth and fresh breath!
🌙 MY EVENING ROUTINE — PART 1
🪥 First, I add my Himalaya Whitening Complete Care toothpaste to my toothbrush.
🤍 Next, I dip my toothpaste-covered toothbrush directly into my Akamai Mineral Tooth Powder.
✨ Then I brush my teeth thoroughly, making sure to clean all surfaces!

🚿 MY EVENING ROUTINE — PART 2
This is where I take my oral care routine to the next level!
💧 STEP 1: While I’m in the shower, I fill my Ozone Up machine with clean, filtered water and allow it to make ozonated water for 2 minutes.
🫧 STEP 2: I pour the freshly ozonated water into my Waterpik and add a few drops of Dental Herb Irrigant.
🦷 STEP 3: I gently irrigate along my gumline and between every tooth, paying special attention to areas where food and plaque can collect.
💦 STEP 4: Once I’m finished, I fill my Waterpik with plain water and go over my teeth and gums one more time!
✨ That’s it!
🌿 CONSISTENCY IS KEY!
Taking care of my gums has become just as important to me as taking care of my skin, gut, and the rest of my body!
I wish I had started prioritizing my gum health years ago! 🥹💚
🦷 Remember, gum recession and gum inflammation are different issues. Although inflammation can improve, receded gum tissue generally doesn’t grow back on its own. Always work with your dentist if you’re experiencing recession. BON CHARGE

I know, the internet is a cruel place and we need tough skin right?
I logged into Facebook to take down a post on the market place and a comment popped up my my account. I went over to see if it was a question and instead it was like 50 horrific comments about MY FACE.
Sometimes I wonder if before typing such awful things, anyone takes one moment to think. Maybe she was born like that?
You know when I had Lyme disease and lived in mold I would get the most painful Angliodema you have ever seen. Swipe right to see ➡️➡️
My lips would double and sometimes triple in size, sometimes I would get shingles across them and they would bleed and all the skin would peel off.
I would go to the ER dying in pain and they would give me steroids and ask if I had C A N C E R. They told me they would see this problem often with C A N C E R patients.
For years I felt like I looked like a monster, if my lips weren't exploding and bleeding, I was covered in shingles often across my face and arms.
I was in so much pain and so itchy I wanted to jump out of my body.
In 2019 I spent every dime in my bank account to have all of my amalgams and root canals removed. Hoping that removing the infections and metals would help me heal.
I'm sure some would have thought I was crazy to spend $30,000 to be left with 4 missing teeth.
I lived in so much chronic pain I would have done anything.
I share a picture of my father and brother because I know that if anyone saw their lips, no one would even question that they were real or not.
But because I'm a woman and have naturally large lips, mine are fake? They are rediculous and ugly.
I'm confounded at what people with public accounts will put on the internet.

1 minute of reading had my body shaking, I was so sickened by what people were saying about my FACE.
Am I supposed to get stronger skin, or do people need to not be so EVIL?
It won't stop me from showing up here, I helped heal my own son from PANDAS and Autism, I healed myself from Lyme and mold and have helped thousands of people. I'm not going anywhere.
