SLS is popping up around DFW this weekend!
We’ve got TWO little pop-ups happening back-to-back, so if you’ve been wanting to come meet The Soft Life Series, say hi + experience a little softness with us, come catch us this weekend!
✨ FRIDAY | SHINE HOT PILATES + SCULPT — PLANO
We’ll be hanging out after the 8:45 AM, 10:15 AM + 12 PM classes with a complimentary post-workout treat for the ladies. 🫶🏾
✨ SATURDAY | ALIGN STUDIO — DALLAS
We’re bringing SLS to Align for the morning with a few treats, goodies, giveaways + a little something soft. Catch us around the 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM + 11:30 AM classes.
Want to join us? These are both regularly scheduled studio classes, so you can book directly through Shine or Align, space permitting, and come see us while you’re there!

We spent our morning at The Soft Pour sipping, connecting, and pouring into ourselves at The Brown Thumb and truly could not have picked a better space.
A beautiful Black-owned plant + matcha bar in Denton that somehow feels like you walked into the coziest little living room. Intimate, warm, full of plants, and absolutely perfect for the kind of morning we wanted to create.
Thank you to for opening your doors to our girlies and being so incredibly welcoming to The Soft Life Series. We loved every bit of our morning with you 🫶🏾

We’re starting the weekend at The Brown Thumb with coffee, matcha + good conversation. Just a few spots left!
🎨 09.17 | Mom’s Night Out x The Mom Walk Co. Frisco
We’re heading to The Painted Teacup for a creative girls’ night to paint, sip, connect + unwind. RSVP details dropping soon.
✨ 09.18 | The SLS Pop-Up x Shine Hot Pilates
We’re popping up at Shine Hot Pilates in Plano with a little post-workout softness, featuring complimentary Vital Proteins shakes. We’ll be there following the 8:45 AM, 10:15 AM + 12 PM classes. Want to catch us there? Classes are regularly scheduled Shine classes and can be booked directly through the studio, space permitting.

When we created The Soft Life Series, we knew we wanted to create spaces where women could step away from the everyday, pour back into themselves, fill each other’s cups, and simply enjoy being in community.
But from the very beginning, Jaylyn and I also knew we wanted giving back to be part of what we built.
So for The Soft Movement: Sets & Stilettos, we asked our community to bring their gently loved formalwear with them. Dresses, heels and handbags that could have another life with a young girl preparing for prom, homecoming, winter formal, or another special moment.
And y’all SHOWED OUT. 🥹
170+ dresses.
20+ purses.
10+ pairs of shoes.
All collected through one Soft Life Series experience.
These pieces will now make their way to young women in our community through local organizations, churches and agencies serving girls who may otherwise not have access to formalwear for those milestone moments.
There’s something beautiful about women coming together to pour into themselves and still making room to pour into someone else.
To every woman who walked through those doors carrying a dress bag, a pair of heels, a purse or sometimes an entire armful…thank you! Thank you for showing us what this community can do when we show up for something bigger than ourselves.
This is the part of The Soft Life Series that means so much to us.
