This week included a quick trip down to Austin for a few store visits and trainings. One thing I’m learning as a founder is that retail is so much more than getting products on shelves. It’s relationship building. It’s showing up consistently. It’s listening and most importantly, asking how you can best support your partners. You cant ask people to buy into what you're building if all they know about you is your email address.
