I try not to over do re-twisting, reasons why……

-retwists are recommended every 8-12 weeks l, it does very depending on texture and personal hair growth

-Retwisting too often or to fight cam cause damage and have delayed effects, if it’s hurting after you get done expect to have problems in the future

-a benefit of not retwisting so often, healthier roots, you allow your hair to grow and breath naturally, repeated twisting can cause tension, breakage and thinning

Please don’t over twist!!!
