Today's the day to start putting out your nativity scenes! Take a picture of your scene and post it here. It is an exciting time as we begin the countdown to Christmas. To put you in the mood, here is a pic I took last week of the silver star on marble location in the Church of the Nativity held to be where Mary gave birth. Fascinating (and pretty compelling) explanation why they feel confident this is the actual site. Across from it about 15' away is the site of the manger. Given the layout of the cave, makes sense. God only knows, but it gave me chills.
