Barbering has a long, celebrated history and continues to hold an important place in modern day society.
Instructor Mr. C demonstrates to Student Barber, Permanent Wave. Students will demonstrate Permanent Wave for State Board to obtain a Barber License. This service has never left industry an is retuning with our youth. Thank you Instructor and Student Barber. Chemical chapter.
