La Tijera Salon was founded in 1993 by Graciela Espinoza with the goal of providing the Dallas community with first class beauty services at an affordable cost. Since then, the salon has moved up and down the evolving Henderson Ave area. Through the neighborhood's evolving stages, La Tijera has continued to thrive and offer the community what it had originally promised now at its permanent address.
