Little exposures add up. Your skin keeps the receipts. āļø Comment your favorite SPF or tell me why youāre still skipping it.ā¬ļø
Paris has croissants. I have skincare priorities. š«š·š Follow for the skincare Iām buying, testing & recommending as a Derm PA. Saw it in Europe. Now itās finally in the U.S. šāļø bemotrizinol (BEMT) is finally FDA-approved in the U.S. better UVA/UVB protection⦠but that price? Absolutely unhinged. š āļøš§“
When you donāt see progress, keep going. š¤ I see this in clinicāand I experience it myself. Even with a healthy lifestyle, psoriasis can still flare. Thereās no cure yet, but there is management. So we keep treating, adjusting, and showing up. Progress isnāt always visible right away. Keep going. š«¶
Turning 50 this year has me especially inspired by Dolly Partonānot just for her ability to own a room at any age, but for where she came from and how she built her life. Humble beginnings. An incredible work ethic. Big dreams. And a generosity that gave so much back to others. š¤ Her story is such a reminder that you donāt have to forget where you started to become everything you were meant to be. Dream. Learn. Become. Do. And Dolly, thank you for showing generations of women that you can be successful, confident, feminine, generous, and still completely yourself. Rest in peace, Queen. š¤āØ
Small changes still count. š¤ You may not see progress right awayābut that doesnāt mean it isnāt happening. Skin health is built through consistency, not perfection. Today, that might look as simple as applying your SPF. Tomorrow, it might be cleansing gently, moisturizing your barrier, or finally making that appointment youāve been putting off. Donāt give up just because you canāt see the results yet. Keep going. Whatās one small change you can make for yourself today? š

This is what 50 looks like when you stop performing. I spent a lot of years making myself smaller, and at 50 I stopped. Follow along-it only gets better from here! Save and add yours below.ā¬ļø

You donāt smoke, so your āsmoke breakā is a hair gummy break. šš
My coworker and I are over here having a little snacky snack with Xtresse Hair Gummies. I still love my Nutrafol, but I know capsules arenāt everyoneās thing. If swallowing pills isnāt your favorite, these are a fun alternative that actually make you look forward to your hair routine.š
Damn, it feels good to be a gangsta
This was my last weight workout of my 40s. On New Yearās Eve, I made one promise to myself: prioritize my health and build muscle. Not to chase a number on the scale, but to build a body that will carry me well into the next decade. There were busy days, stressful days, and days I didnāt feel like showing up. But I kept choosing me. As I walk into 50, Iām not trying to turn back the clock. Iām trying to make the years ahead as strong, healthy, and vibrant as possible. Hereās to entering a new decade with more muscle, more confidence, and a lot of gratitude. šŖāØ
