My name is Reid, and I’m a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and reiki practitioner. I aim to hold space for others so they can experience their highest and greatest good through these holistic methods. Whether it’s a massage, yoga flow, or energetic session, you deserve a personalized experience that enhances your spiritual wellbeing. Regarding massage, I specialize in Swedish and relaxing techniques. My favorite yoga classes to teach are beginner flow and power flow; witnessing growth in other yogis is a genuine joy for me. Mindfulness and conscious living are important elements to my routine. Behind everything I do I incorporate balance, fulfillment, enthusiasm, and positivity!
