Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted. The summer has been hot and there is a lot happening around us. I hope everyone is doing well.

I'm reminded of how easy it is to put off self care and or to wait for "moments" that remind us of a good opportunity for change.
Spring is one of those "seasons of change." It's the time of the year that brings promises of new and renewed life in nature (think flowers 🌺 and gardening 🪴) life moments (think prom, graduations 👩🎓🧑🎓, and weddings 💍), summer plans (vacation time anyone 🏖?), and just as importantly, a time to leave a season behind (most notably winter season and warm clothes).
