What a fun morning on Good Morning Texas! 💙
I so enjoyed the chance to chat with Paige about Father’s Day self-care and why taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s an important part of staying healthy.
One of my favorite takeaways from our conversation was that rest and recovery go hand in hand with feeling your best. No matter how busy life gets, taking a little time to recharge helps you keep doing the things that matter most.
